Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are displayed in the selected currency. Depending on the shipping destination, prices may include or exclude applicable taxes such as VAT.

Payments are processed securely through WooPayments, which utilizes payment providers such as Stripe and other supported payment networks. The available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of technical errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or if the product is unavailable.

Shipping and Delivery Information

The estimated delivery time from the moment your order is confirmed is shown in the product details on our website. We reserve the right to adjust the stated delivery date if necessary. In case of any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Isabeau offers free shipping on all products. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. More details can be found under the “Return Policy” section.

We deliver to addresses worldwide.

The risk for the product transfers to the customer once the goods have been delivered.

Return Policy

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, regardless of the reason. This right applies to both full-price and sale items.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us via email at [email protected] within the specified timeframe and provide your order number. It is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

The items must be returned to Isabeau Studios without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period is considered upheld if you return the items within this two-week period.

Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to unused items in their original condition and packaging. You may unpack and inspect the product as long as it is handled carefully and not used.

Use the return form to return any items. The completed form must be sent to us without delay, within 14 days of receipt.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, the cost of the items will be refunded within 14 days. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

We process your order immediately, which means it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Unclaimed Package

If you do not collect your package within the specified timeframe, the package will be returned to us, and you will be charged $30 for shipping and handling.

Please ensure that the name and address provided during the purchase are correct. The name on the package must match the identification used when collecting the item.

Claims and Complaints

Please check that you have received the correct items and quantities, and that there are no defects as soon as possible after receipt.

If you discover a defect or receive the wrong quantity, contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. To help us handle your claim, please include your order number, the name of the product, a clear description, and a photo of the defect.

Complaints about defective products must be made within a reasonable time, no later than two months after purchase. If you do not file a complaint within three years from the time of receipt, you lose your right to make a claim.

In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for shipping.

If you disagree with our assessment, you can contact your local consumer protection authority for assistance in resolving the dispute.

For any damage caused during transport, please direct your claim directly to the shipping company.

Limitation of Liability

Shipfaced AB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or other consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this website.

Force Majeure

Shipfaced AB shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, transportation disruptions, or supply shortages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation.
